To participate in gaming activities, you must first deposit funds into your Account. We support deposits through major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as popular e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

We do not charge fees for deposits, though your financial institution may impose their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider. Currency conversion, if applicable, will be processed at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction.
You may request withdrawal of funds from your Account balance at any time, subject to meeting all verification requirements and complying with these Terms & Conditions. Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallet accounts registered in your own name and previously used for deposits to your yoi4d Account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum withdrawal limits vary depending on your VIP membership level and verification status. Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 24 hours, though this may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) by submitting copies of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of address dated within the last three months, and a selfie photograph holding your identity document. This requirement complies with international anti-money laundering regulations and helps protect your Account security.
We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or unusual transaction patterns. Such checks may temporarily delay processing while we verify the legitimacy of the request. We may also require additional documentation or information before approving withdrawals.
Withdrawal requests may be rejected if there are indications of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or if you have failed to provide requested verification documents. In such cases, you will be notified of the reason for rejection and any remedial steps you can take to resolve the issue.
We periodically offer bonuses, promotions, and special offers to our Members. Our maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall be limited to the amount of funds in your Account balance at the time of the claim or Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yoi4d is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through our customer support channels before pursuing formal legal action. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
